Help the Carville Family Rebuild Their Home
Donation protected
While it is understood this past year has been a rough one for all of us, it has been worse for some than others. On top of a pandemic, social distancing and school closures, on September 12th, the Carville family was bombarded with a tragic fire in their kitchen while they were away from home.
Their eldest daughter, Michaela was the one to open the door and find the kitchen smoldering. Santa Monica Fire were on the scene immediately and contained the flames/fire in the kitchen. However, the smoke damage ruined almost everything else. Including walls and insulation. They have been displaced since. In the middle of a pandemic. The fire was ruled accidental due to faulty wiring, however, it left them with no furniture and little undamaged belongings.
While facing the challenges we are all facing, they are also dealing with rebuilding their home with their two young daughters. This inspiring, beautiful family has given so much to the community of Santa Monica through the years, I would love to give them something back in return in their time of need. If anyone can help, no amount is too small, for this amazing family to help them rebuild it would help them immensely and be so greatly appreciated. We wish you all a safe and happy new year and truly thank you for your time and consideration. Again, anything is appreciated.
