Dear friends and family,

We are excited to share that we (Thad, Liz, Bella, Sophia and Emma) are preparing for our upcoming mission trip to Casa Shalom, an orphanage in Guatemala where we have the privilege of serving and making a meaningful impact in the lives of the youth and teenagers.

During our last visit, we were deeply moved by the children's story's but ultimately their resilience. The teenagers were discussing CrossFit with the directors, and they stated they knew just who to reach out to. We have been invited by the directors to teach CrossFit and functional fitness activities during our stay. This initiative aims to not only promote physical health but also cultivate teamwork, discipline, and self-confidence among the children.

Our mission is rooted in service. Beyond fitness, we are committed to supporting Casa Shalom in every possible way, with our primary goal being to share the love of Christ with every child there. We want each child to understand their immense value and to feel deeply loved.
