Chelsea Byrum was the oldest daughter of the Carman family. Daughter to dad Charles Carman and mom Tracy Brinkley and stepmom Rikki Carman. Mother of her son, age 8, and two daughters, age 7 and 3. Chelsea passed unexpectedly out of state and had no life insurance. So we are raising money to help with transportation and funeral expenses, with any remainder going to support the three young children left without their mom.
