Help the Caravan Stage Company's last ever tour!

Hiya, We are Caravan Stage Society, a non-profit, professional theatre company based in Victoria BC, working on our farewell tour on our 90ft theatre ship, the Amara Zee.

Over the past 52 years, Caravan has been dedicated to bringing innovative and original works of theatre to communities worldwide on the decks and in the rigging of the Amara Zee. All the while providing young theatre-makers with the experience and chance to learn about collaborative and participatory, outside-the-box theatre.

Unfortunately, like so many, the COVID-19 pandemic has meant that our 2022 season production of Virtual Rogues has faced many drawbacks. In particular, the last few years have caused a massive rise in the prices of insurance, portapotties, fencing and generator fuel. Without this, we will be unable to complete this farewell tour.

We are therefore raising money to pay for these amenities so that the Amara Zee has the chance to bring the incredible experience and power of traveling troupe theatre to your shores once more.
