Starting this for our old soccer and family friend (Marko), who has been in the hospital with his wife and now both daughters since July 16.


Katarina (age 1 1/2)  and Ivana 
(age 2 1/2) have been diagnosed with Shiga toxin producing E. coli (STEC) and have been struggling with intense symptoms.

The youngest sister, has also developed the dangerous complication Hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS), making this hospital stay a bit longer and more dangerous. 

We all know times are tough right now but this small Croatian family would appreciate any help right now. Money will go directly to Marko, Joanna and their girls for whatever they may need.
