Help the Burnhams pay off medical debt

This is my sister in law, Lindsey, and her husband, Jesse. Jesse has been diagnosed with myasthenia gravis. It’s an autoimmune disorder that attacks the receptors in his muscles. Due to this he needs to get infusions, and insurance only covers a small percentage. He has missed a lot of work because of the procedures, and it’s unpaid since he used all his time off for the year in January. Because this disorder attacks his eyes, he was demoted from a driver at his job and his pay decreased significantly. Even with  Lindsey working full time, the bills are piling up. They have 2 young children and the regular everyday bills that go along with life. The added expense of the infusions, as well as the wage decrease, has put them in a tough spot.
