On November 1st, the unimaginable happened — the Burke family’s home was destroyed in a sudden house fire. While we are incredibly grateful that Laura, her husband Danny, their four boys, and their beloved pets made it out safely, their home is now unlivable. Nearly everything inside has been damaged or ruined by flames, smoke, soot, water, or collapsing debris. What once was their safe place is now a shell of what it used to be.

Laura and Danny are doing everything they can to keep life stable for their children, but the path ahead is overwhelming. They are urgently searching for temporary housing — one that will allow them to stay together with their dogs and cats, who are just as much a part of their family.

Right now, they are faced with replacing clothing, furniture, daily necessities, and finding a new roof over their heads — all while navigating the emotional reality of losing the place they called home.

This fundraiser is to help the Burke family get back on their feet:

• Replacing essentials for their boys

• Covering emergency needs as they try to rebuild

• Supporting them through the long process of recovery
