Help the Burgos Family After the Eaton Fire

Please help the Burgos family recover and rebuild after they lost their home to the devastating Eaton Fire in Altadena.

My name is Caitlin Wheeler, and I have lived in Pasadena, just south of the Eaton Fire burn area, for most of my life. Brendan is one of our son’s classmates and best friends, and our community has faced so much loss.

On January 8, 2025, our friends Fiona, Mario, Brendan, and David lost their home to the Eaton Fire in Altadena, CA. They had read local forecasts and decided to get out of town to Palm Springs for the major wind event. By the time they returned, their house, along with the houses of their neighbors and the rest of their community, was gone.

They have lost everything and now face the task of recovering their lives and their community.
