On January 13th JW and Stephanie Brown experienced catastrophic flooding at their home after heavy rains and a very high tide pushed the creek near their home well beyond its banks. Their home sustained major damage and they lost a large portion of their personal belongings. They expect to be displaced from their home for many months. They have a $10,000 deductible for the repairs on their home and unfortunately none of their belongings were covered. They have many items to replace out of their pocket, including their beds, furniture and electronics. They are hesitant to ask for help but very much need it. Lets help them rebuild and make their new home feel like their home before this horrible event.
