My name is Seraiyah Brown, and I am one of three daughters of an extraordinary man, Steven Brown. My father was not only our family’s anchor but a light in the lives of everyone he met. A devoted father and a friend to many, he took immense pride in being a father to my sisters—Sonya and Anaiyah—and me. Dad celebrated us daily and ensured we knew how deeply he loved us. Whether offering advice, lending an ear, or just being his kind, generous self, he had a gift for making people feel truly seen and valued.

On October 31, 2024, my dad’s life was cut tragically short in a motorcycle accident at only 43. We’re still trying to grasp this devastating loss and are left with the heartache of dreams we had yet to realize with him by our side. We are only 20 years old, and we know our Dad had so much more he wanted to be there for, to guide us through, and to celebrate together. Accepting that he won’t be with us to see those dreams unfold is heartbreaking.

As his daughters, we are now navigating a future without him, and it feels overwhelming. We created this GoFundMe to honor his legacy and ensure that the values he instilled in us—love, kindness, and perseverance—continue to shape our lives.
