I thought long and hard about creating this GoFundMe. My family and I were burned out of our home tonight. I never in a million years would’ve thought we would be in this situation. I want to send all the love, thanks, and special attention to my 11yr old that acted smart and fast to save herself, her 4yr old baby sister, and our puppy. To God be the glory that no one was hurt. Our possessions can be replaced. I created this GoFundMe because losing everything within a couple of hours hits differently when you come to realize that you and your family have nowhere to go. Even with having insurance, there’s a process we have to go through. Red Cross said they’re
very low on funds due to Covid. My kids literally have nothing. With temperatures expected to be in the single digits we have to buy EVERYTHING. We were not prepared for such devastation. So we’re reaching out to family and friends this way due to everyone being spread over the country. Any donation will help. Whether it provides a meal, socks, shoes, coats, toiletries, or pays for a night at the hotel. We love y’all and appreciate the support.
