Over a year ago we had a house fire, thankfully nobody was hurt but smoke damage throughout the house. A renovation team was hired to take care of everthing and clean our belongings but this company has been giving us the run around and not giving us our stuff back despite being paid by insurance. They are saying we have to pay over $19,000 if we want to get it back. We have many collectible and sentimental items that we are trying to get back and this is our last option as we do not have the funds to be able to get our stuff back. If anyone is able to help us we would appreciate it. This has been a very hard past year not being able to return home and losing our belongings.
