Help the Branscome Family Rebuild Their Home
Donation protected
On October 10, 2024, Hurricane Milton made landfall in SWFL as a category 3 storm. When the Branscome family returned after the storm, they were devastated to find their Punta Gorda home was flooded and most everything inside destroyed.
For those who are unfamiliar, the late Major Terry Branscome (Charlotte County Sheriff's Office) built this home with his father from the ground up, ensuring a forever home for his family. The home survived, but it needs a lot of work. Without flood insurance, the family is facing overwhelming costs for repairs and replacement of furniture, appliances, and personal items.
Currently, Gayle, Michael, Katrina (boyfriend Nicholas), and their 3 dogs are displaced while they work on the house. I don't think I need to go into detail about the type of people they are because anyone that has been fortunate to have this family in their lives knows of their kindness and generosity already as well as their dedication to their community via their employment with Charlotte County Sheriff's Office.
Any contribution you can make will make a difference and bring them one step closer to rebuilding their lives.
