We're sorry to say our dear Samatha (Huerter) Potter's family has been directly affected by the fires in Hawaii. She and her people are multiple generational Lahaina residents so all their homes, livelihoods, friends and families have all been devastated by the fires.

Known by everyone in their community as the "big red house" her family is loved by many. Everyone in her immediate circle is safe, thankfully, but their hearts are broken.

Sam's family is currently staying at her grandmother's house in Napili which is good news but the expenses will take a toll. Anything you can contribute would be greatly appreciated as they try and pick up the pieces and recover from this terrible loss.
