Help the Bersot family with the sudden death of Bruno

The Bersot family is deeply saddened by the untimely loss of Bruno Bersot, who was not only a beloved Husband, Father, Brother, and Son but also a pillar of strength and love within their lives. This past weekend, Bruno expressed discomfort from what initially seemed like a minor back injury. However, unbeknownst to anyone, it was an underlying blood clot in his heart that tragically led to a sudden and severe stroke in the vibrant and health-conscious Bruno. Despite the exhaustive efforts of the medical team, the blood clot swiftly migrated to his brain, leaving the Bersot family reeling from the abrupt and devastating loss of Bruno within a mere span of four days. Their hearts are filled with profound shock and disbelief as they grapple with the incomprehensible reality of life without Bruno's presence.

Bruno was deeply dedicated to his sons and the ocean; his love for surfing extended beyond the shores of Maroubra to surrounding communities in both Indonesia and Hawaii.

As a compassionate community, we are coming together to offer our support to the Bersot family during this incredibly challenging time of loss.
