The Bernauer Family has been a part of Wainwright for the past 20 years, and anyone who knows them knows how active, caring, and involved they are in our community. On November 9th, their lives were turned upside down when they lost their home to a tragic fire.

After returning home from their sons hockey game, they soon discovered that their neighbor’s house had caught fire. The flames spread quickly, reaching the Bernauer home. Thankfully, the entire family made it out safely. However, they lost their home and all of their belongings.

While they are deeply grateful to be safe and to have each other, the road ahead is overwhelming. This GoFundMe campaign will help the Bernauers with the costs of relocating, replacing essential items, and adjusting to their new normal.

Any amount helps, and the family is incredibly grateful for the love and support they have already received from the community. Together, we can give them comfort, hope, and strength as they navigate this difficult time
