Help the Bell Family Through This Heartbreaking Time

Makinsey & Russell Bell are a sweet young couple facing the greatest challenge of their lives. With their daughter due to be born in just two weeks, they have been told that their baby has severe heart and lung complications. After extensive imaging and consultation, they have learned that her heart and lung disease are beyond repair. She will likely only live minutes to hours after birth. Russell & Makinsey need to relocate to a hospital 3 hours from their home to be near the resources needed during labor & delivery.

They are hoping to have as peaceful & natural a labor as they can, and then they will do what is needed to help their daughter be comfortable and hold her until she passes. Although these conditions are often discovered in early pregnancy, allowing the family to plan for and make peace with the tragedy long before the due date, in this case, they received this devastating news just as they were expecting to welcome their daughter into the world. This GoFundMe is an attempt to support them with the financial burdens associated with relocating their family to be near the hospital, medical expenses, funeral/memorial expenses for their precious little girl, and travel expenses so that their loved ones can surround them during their time of grief.
