Hi there!
It's that time again--our cat Lando, who also goes by "Beeb" and is the most loving creature ever to walk the earth, and who is battling aggressive sinonasal adenocarcinoma, went in for his three-month recheck last month, which means bloodwork and a CT scan to check what his cancer is doing and how well he is tolerating his treatment. This helps us know whether we're doing the best we can for Lando, or whether we need to switch him to another treatment plan if the current one isn't being tolerated well, or if it's time to discontinue treatment and soak in the remaining time we have with our Beeb. These periodic rechecks are a critical part of his treatment plan, and Lando has long since maxed out his veterinary insurance via the diagnostics that told us that he had cancer.
We’ve since gotten results of this scan, and everything looks good this time for the third straight recheck in a row. When Lando was diagnosed, he was given an estimate of 3-6 months. That was nine months ago. We could not possibly feel luckier!
We put these up with no expectation that anyone has to donate—only if you can or want to, and only if it will not harm you or your family to do so.
The total is somewhat above the included invoice, because it encompasses his two rechecks and bloodwork between CT scans as well, and aims to cover the GoFundMe fees too.
Remember, Lando loves you.
So do we!
