Help the BC Wildfire App stay free for everyone

We're just two guys that wanted the BC wildfire data accessible quickly on our phones.
So we build it..
Now over 50,000 people have downloaded our app, 6,000+ use it daily across Android and iOS, to find out what's happening in BC. They find the new fires located around them and are report them if they have new information or see fires that aren't being reported otherwise.
The problem is that as of June 2018, Google has hiked their pricing structure to only allow 50,000 map loads free per month. This didn't seem to be an issue because at the time we only had 20000-25000 map loads per month.
Fast forward to 2019. The apps popularity has grown exponentially and we had 53,000 map loads in May, 65,000+ in June and July is projecting even higher.
Help us keep the app free for everyone, we are requesting these funds to pay for this summers Google Maps API usage fees along with some development time to find an alternative Maps API source. We don't want this to continue to be a problem going into 2020.
