Andrew Barr was 11 years old and had the biggest and brightest smile.  His laugh would brighten the cloudiest days.  Andrew has battled multiple health issues since he was an infant.  With a heavy heart I have to say he has been called to be with the Lord and Gaines his wings. 
The Barr family needs our help.  They are the most caring and giving people.  It is time for us to be able to give back to them.  They will have a lot of medical expenses and funeral expenses for their beloved son.
