Help the Barksdales Rebuild After a Devastating House Fire

On 1/9/2025, a devastating fire destroyed the home of our friend, Joshua Barksdale, and his family in Iola, Texas. While we are incredibly thankful that Joshua, his wife, and their children escaped unharmed, they have lost nearly everything—personal belongings, cherished memories, and their place of comfort and security.

In this time of unimaginable loss, we’re rallying together as a community to support the Barksdales as they begin the long journey of rebuilding their life.

Their upcoming costs include temporary housing, day-to-day necessities lost in the fire, rebuilding costs, replacing lost valuables, and unforeseen expenses.

Our goal of $40,000 reflects the immediate needs and a portion of the rebuilding costs not covered by insurance. Every contribution, no matter how small, will help lift their burden.
