I have thought all day about what to say about this wonderful family… and I know I will fall short on what I want to get across to everyone. Evelyn Barden is a devoted loving wife, mother, grandmother, and dear friend to many. She has become a “Facebook” mom to many of us. I’m not sure how many times she has been there to me to boost me up when I’m missing my family… shared words I’d encouragement… and let’s not forget about those beautiful Blankets she has made for many of us. What a giving lady!

Recently her oldest son Roland became ill with COVID. He is in the ICU intubated and fighting for his life. Richard, her husband of over 50 years who she has been taking care of for many years ended up in the hospital with a broken leg and unexpectedly passed away. Between medical bills, funeral expenses, and everyday life I know Evelyn could certainly use our help.
