Help the Barbieri Family as they face injustice

Hi, I'm Kelly Barbieri and my husband and I have been unfairly sentenced to serve three years in Georgia state prison because we helped a friend whose mother had cancer, with a medicinal plant that we had grown. He turned us in to get a lighter sentence after he'd gotten in trouble, and now, in spite of the fact that we never had any victim come forward with a claim of injury for us to make right, and our case lasting almost six years, we are facing a cruel and unusual punishment. Our home was raided, we were held at gunpoint, and all our life savings and vehicles were taken from us. In our absence, our sons are going to need help to keep things going at home, we are going to need money for the jail store, and the appeals process is very costly as well. Any help is greatly appreciated and this will be a need for a while. All funds will go directly to our sons to run the household, and they will use what is needed for the home and pet care. One of our dogs has cancer and needs extra care and supplements, so they will use money donated for her too. If they ever have any money left at the end of the month, they will send some to us.
