I am fundraising on behalf of the Barber Family - Shana, Rob and their 3 young sons (ages 3 y/o, 1 y/o and 5 months). Shana has been an outstanding consultant with Insight Global for nearly 3 years, and we want to help her family through this incredibly challenging time. In January, the Barber family (Shana, Rob, and their 3 young boys) lost everything in the Eaton wildfires. Their eldest son (2 years old at the time) was born with a rare medical condition and is left with chronic lung disease. After visits to the E.R. and urgent care to help stabilize him directly after the fires, the family had no choice but to move. In addition to losing all of their belongings, Rob's job of 10 years burned to the ground, leaving him without employment. With two toddlers and a third baby on the way, the family was displaced for 6 months, bouncing from family homes in California and Washington to various Airbnbs and hotels across the West Coast. In June, the family finally settled into a new home just before Shana gave birth to their third son, and they are slowly rebuilding their lives in a new city!

While the Barbers are finally safe and settled after 10 months of stress, uncertainty, and sacrifice, the road ahead is going to be arduous. Your donations would go towards helping the family replace household necessities that were lost in the fire so they can start to make their house a home. They will also go towards assisting with monthly bills until they are able to bring in a dual income again, as Shana has been the sole provider since January.
