Help the Auchmoody's Rise from the Ashes

Many of you may know by now that yesterday on March 13th Jimmy, Theresa and Adam lost their house to a fire.  We are incredibly thankful that there was only one person who saw a few scrapes, bruises and minor burns and that everyone got out of the house and are now doing okay. The most important outcome is that they are now safe, now sheltered by family, and are warm and fed. 

Despite best efforts from those that responded to this emergency from neighboring towns to help put out the fire, the house is a complete loss. Sadly, everything is gone.   So family, friends, neighbors, we are asking that you keep this family in your thoughts as this already challenging year+ has been made that much harder with a home destroyed.

Clothing and other immediate necessities are being collected. However,   with much unknown right now of long term housing plans, considerations for where to store items etc, it is hard right now to say what exactly they need as they will eventually need everything, but they won't be sure what kinds of things until their long term living situation is determined. So we are asking if you are able to donate,  the monetary assistance will certainly help them decide what they need and allow them to acquire those items when the timing is right for them.

Theresa, Jimmy and Adam are kind, genuine people who are involved in their community, church and are proud Vernon residents. So many of you have already reached out and offered food, accommodations and other items- please know how much this family really truly appreciates you and your kindness in this very crazy time.
