Help the Atkaris handle Lung Cancer

Introduction
Hello! I am sharing disturbing news about our very dear friends the Atkaris. They are a young family of three - Shailesh, Rupa and their 10-year-old son Samarth living in Toronto, Ontario. Shailesh has been diagnosed with advanced Stage IV Lung Cancer at just 42 years of age. While Canada does offer one of the best cancer treatments in the world, it is challenging to handle the situation all by themselves with limited resources and no family support locally.
They have big questions before them - treatments, cost of prescription drugs, mortgage, car loans, old parents in India and stable future for Rupa and Samarth and even Samarth’s education. Even small requirements like going to the hospital and back is an expensive affair.
Rupa and Shailesh need all the help they can get to fight with their daily battles and also if possible save for little Samarth's future.
We are shaken and deeply disturbed by their struggle and we want to help but realize that this is too big an initiative and need all the help we can get for them!
