Hi all,

 

My name is Charlotte Böhning and I am hoping to raise funds to help my dear family-friends, the Arenas-Gramajo family. Marycela, Cesar & their three beautiful daughters, aged 7 months, 9 y/o, & 12 y/o and sister, aged 17 y/o, have lost everything in the wake of Hurricane Ida. Their first-floor apartment in Mamaroneck was flooded with over 6 feet of water.

 

As a result, the 6-person family lost their furniture, major appliances, books, school supplies and most of their clothing. On top of these losses, they are unable to move back into their home as the building is now a structurally-unsound condemned property. They are currently experiencing homelessness and have been taken in by friends and family until they can rebuild their lives and find a new home.
