Find out more about us on -  Pippas Paddock Facebook                Pippas Paddock Instagram  Pippa's Paddock is a horse trekking ranch and animal rescue centre based in the mountains of Sicily.  Over the last two decades they have helped rescue and re-home hundreds of dogs; saved from the streets and from people who couldn't care for them. Many of their horses have been saved from being traded for their meat. They also take in retired racehorses from Malta and give them a good home. Run by father and daughter team, Mark and Pippa who are passionate about their animals, they have always gone far and beyond to care for animals and people.  Together they are currently taking care of 18 horses, 7 dogs and 6 cats.   Due to the Covid 19 outbreak and international travel restrictions, all tourism and movement of people has ceased in Italy, resulting in a complete loss of horse-trekking customers. The travel ban has also prevented Mark and Pippa from rehoming any animals.  Horse trekking is Mark and Pippa’s only source of income and means of supporting the animals they care for so much. It is now reaching a desperate stage where the family is struggling to afford the food and medications the animals require. Covid 19 is affecting everyone on an international level, physically, mentally and financially. Everyone at Pippa’s Paddocks would do anything to save the animals they love but they need your help.
