Hello friends, family, and compassionate strangers —

We are reaching out with heavy hearts on behalf of David Andrade, a devoted husband, loving father, and brave soul who is only 37 years old and now facing the devastating reality of end-stage heart failure. David is currently entering hospice care, and his time with his loved ones is heartbreakingly limited.

David’s health has been in decline for several years due to complex medical issues. Through it all, he’s remained fiercely devoted to his family — his wife Ali, and their two young sons, Jacxon (7) and Alex (6).

Tragically, this beautiful young family is now facing one of life’s most painful moments. Ali was recently laid off from her job and is currently relying on Family Medical Leave benefits while caring full-time for David and their children. She is doing everything possible to stay strong for her family, but she’s now preparing for the unimaginable: saying goodbye to her husband while trying to manage end-of-life and burial expenses — all while ensuring her children feel safe and supported.
