Help the Andersons keep their home

I have had a heart to work with and help kids for as long as I can remember. From a very young age I played school with my sister; I always had to be the teacher. By the age of 8 I knew I wanted to be a missionary and work with orphans. At the age of 12 I began babysitting for the young moms in our neighborhood. Skip quite a few years and now at the age of 40 I have been blessed for almost 20 years with a husband who has the same heart, and seven kids of our own, two of which are adopted from Romania.
We have lived and served in Romania for 14 years, and have lived in quite a few different homes during these years, some of which have been quite small. For the last year we have been fortunate enough to rent a house that is by far the nicest house we have ever lived in. Not only has this house become our home, but it is large enough both for our family and the ministry we do here with the youth. It has become a place of hope for quite a few especially during the pandemic. It is large enough for us to hold youth group, English clubs, Bible studies, host families in the community, and have teams come from the states to help with kid camps (when that opens back up).
Our house is for sale and our rent contract runs out March 15, 2021. We would like to purchase the house and not have to move again. Not only for our family, but also for the ministry we do here.
Would you please help us to keep our home?
We need a deposit of $40,000 by March 15, or the full amount of $200,000. The banks are not willing to give us a loan because we are American citizens and the banks in America will not give us a loan to buy abroad.
