Hi, my name is Mohammad and this fundraiser is for a Family of 4 sisters, 2 brothers, and their mother, who just lost their home to a fire. On September 13, 2021 the fire ignited in their home and was caused by the stove that they have been telling the landlord about for months. They have been suspecting an issue with their electricity for months, but whenever they told the landlord, he will tell them that he will deal with the problem after they move out. Unfortunately, their rehousing plan took longer than expected, and, sadly, this beautiful family fall a victim to bad maintenance and terrible housekeeping that could have potentially harmed them or even worse…

and even though , thankfully, the family members were all unharmed and safe, I couldn’t say the same about their belongings. They lost most of their furniture to the tremendous fire, and whatever the fire did not take was ruined by the smoke and smug caused by the fire. In less than a minute, this family’s beautiful home was taken from them by something that could have been prevented. A lot of us know what it feels like to lose a home, and we never forgot those who stood by out side when it happened. The goal of this fundraiser is not only to fix the damaged material, but to help rebuild the home of a precious family that woke up one day and had no idea that they would be sleeping somewhere else by the end of the day. The family lost more than 90 percent of their belongings and so anything can be much help for such a crisis. And I hope that you understand that this family is not asking for much but just to get back on its feet and be able to provide a stable life for their children.
