Earlier this month the Alonso family lost their son Gerardo. Just this week, tragedy struck again claiming Silvia's (mother to Gerardo) life.
This tragedy has greatly devastated the entire family.

Gerardo was born July 12, 1997. We will
forever remember his contagious smile and
will be deeply missed. Gerardo’s hobbies
included football, weight lifting, and boxing.

Anyone that has ever had the pleasure of
knowing Gerardo (baby) knows how selfless
and inseparable he was from the rest of
his brothers.

Sylvia was born October 11, 1967. She lived her life with passion for love and acceptance of all people.
She loved to cook, going on road trips, Sunday outings for breakfast, but most of all spending time with her boys and husband.
Religion has always been important in her life and she loved her plants. She will be dearly missed.
