Aloha, my name is Nicola and I am fundraising for Katrina and Howard Ahia. I met these beautiful people 20 years ago when Katrina and I taught at Lahainaluna HS together. She’s been teaching on Maui ever since, and welcomes my Seattle family every year. Listening to Howard play music has been a precious gift to locals and tourists on Maui for decades.

Howard and Katrina are warm, generous souls who are raising their lovely daughters together on Maui. And they have lost so much in the Lahaina fire. Howard played music at the Marlin Bar on Front Street and they lived a couple blocks down the road. These donations will help them replace lost belongings, wages, and housing. Please give what you can to help Katrina, Howard, Jasmine and Violet rebuild. Mahalo
