Help Iman Muhammad and her family evacuate Gaza

Hello! I am Roman, the main sponsor of Iman Muhammad Abd and her family, including her husband and three children (Note: Iman is not pictured per her and her husband’s request). I am helping to raise funds for them to evacuate Gaza and start a life in another country. $60,000 is a lot, yes, but they need funds for five people to evacuate and funds for buying a house and starting a new life. Along with the costs of moving and evacuating, they need to buy food, water, medicine, medical supplies, and general supplies for five people.

Muhammad is 32, and before the war he owned a men’s barber shop. He was happy with his family: his wife, Iman (31), and his children, Amir (8), Ismael (7), and Youssef (4). They lived in Deir al-Balah, a city in the center of the Gaza strip. They have been displaced from the east to the center of the city where they live in a tent. Muhammad was injured in the war, and Youssef has had to have three medical operations. They all suffer from malnutrition and dehydration.

Here are some words directly from Muhammad’s sister-in-law, Nada, who is helping me fundraise:

“He is married and has 3 children. He lost his home and is in a displacement school (Note from Roman: this was their first displacement, they are now living in a tent in the middle of Deir al-Balah). He wants to be evacuated from here. Ceramics is from the evacuation campaign from the Gaza Strip because of the loss of everything here. Yes, please remember that he had a job, a home, and a life full of everything, and now he does not have anything, the necessities of life, that he cannot be content to have here.”

As far as I know, the Abd family will be receiving the funds directly, but if that should change I will update immediately, as well as if there is anybody else they will give money to. I know you have seen a lot of stories just like this, but even $1 can make a difference in these people’s lives.
