Help The Sherrells Start a Family!

Have you ever met someone who you just knew would be an amazing parent? Their demeanor, their character, the way they love on your own children just screams - PARENTS! I have, and their names are Greg and Nikki Sherrell. This is also their biggest dream. After two years of exhausting tests and evasive procedures, they have been left disappointed and heartbroken. Recently they learned  that In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) is their only option for having a child of their own. And the procedure will cost over $25,000. For a couple who has given so much to so many, I am hoping that we can come together and make their dream come true. 

So just a little about Greg and Nikki Sherrell. Greg is a firefighter with the Charlotte Fire Department Station #10. He is also a firefighter with the Cornelius Fire Department. And, oh by the way, he served and continues to serve our country for 16 years in the Armed Services and is currently a Sergeant in the Army National Guard Charlie Company, 126 Aviation Battalion. Greg dropped everything and rushed to those in need during Hurricane Florence and Hurricane Matthew. Nikki is a Biomedical Science teacher at Carson High School in the Rowan - Salisbury School District. Through her years of teaching, Nikki has taught over 1,200  students. She has been awarded the Teacher of the Month and is revered by her students for the way she brings science to life.

For two people who have done so much, given so much of themselves to those in need, please consider giving a donation to make their dream come true. Lets band together and show them how much we love them and believe in them. And, when making a donation, please also leave a picture or memory, if you have one, of Nikki and/or Greg with your children or family. I know there are so many out there who consider them family.
