Dear Friends, Family, and Baseball Fans,

The 11U Stewartstown Young Vets are gearing up for another great season, one filled with teaching kids the value of sportsmanship, integrity, and play. It is our goal with the Vets that these young men not only learn values and character skills that can carry them throughout life but also gain an understanding of hard work, sportsmanship, and how to face adversity and come out better.

Last season was a fantastic one, full of fun, growth and some amazing play.

With your contributions and help last year, we were able to cover most of our tournaments, league fees, umpires, and truly allow these young men to focus, learn, and grow as a team. This year, we are hoping to be able to cover all the fees, maybe add an extra tournament or two, and possibly provide some added swag for the boys.

To do this, we need your help. I know many of you already participate in fundraisers like candy bars and pizza sales, but we want to keep things simple and push the reach outside to all our friends, neighbors and coworkers with a simple program.

Every little bit helps these boys, and 100% of the money raised in this fundraiser will go directly to the 11U Young Vets to cover this season’s expenses.

Regardless of where they end up, they will have had fun along the way, have learned life skills, built their self-respect and self-esteem and make some great friends and memories along the way.
