Tez has always been the one taking care of everyone else—until he suddenly couldn’t.

Damondtez, known to everyone as Tez, is a talented, hardworking young man who brings joy and hope to everyone he meets. He is always striving to build a better future for himself and his family. He has faced more than his fair share of hardships. Even after recent tragedy struck and his home was destroyed by a fire, Tez worked tirelessly—balancing his career and side job—to help his ill mother and siblings get back on their feet, always putting others before himself. It hurts to see someone so pure-hearted go through so much. 

Recently, Tez’s life was turned completely upside down. He was accused of serious allegations by someone who was once a close friend but later turned against him, despite no evidence being found. Authorities raided his home at 4am, breaking down the door and forcing everyone outside in freezing temperatures. The house was left damaged, and Tez was taken into custody without explanation, leaving behind a damaged home and devastated loved ones. Since his arrest, Tez has been denied bail twice. His girlfriend and younger brother worked urgently to secure legal representation in less than 24 hours, but the attorney they were able to retain did not adequately advocate for him. Tez remains incarcerated under extremely difficult conditions, unable to work, support his family, or care for the people who depend on him. This situation has placed an overwhelming emotional and financial burden on everyone who loves him.

We believe that financial hardship and personal struggles may have influenced the decisions of the person who made these accusations, and it’s heartbreaking to see how dishonesty can impact innocent lives. More than anything, we want the truth to come out and for Tez to have a fair chance to defend himself.

Tez is missing important milestones, including his girlfriend’s birthday and possibly his own—moments he wishes more than anything he could spend with his loved ones. He is young, hardworking, well-respected in his workplace, and deeply missed by all who know him. All funds raised will go toward Tez’s legal fees, supporting his needs while in jail, and helping to repair the damage to his home.

Tez deserves a fair opportunity to defend himself and return home to the family who needs him. We are heartbroken and simply want Tez home.
