Help Texas Family Rebuild After Flood

At 3am on May 5th my mom, dad and brother were caught in the historic 100 type flood that ravaged Lampasas county and the entire central Texas region. They woke to the sound of water and within minutes the water in the house rose from a few inches to almost 5 feet. They were able to make it to safety upstairs and were trapped waiting for the water to recede. Many hours later they were finally able to leave the house where they found that by some miracle one of their cars still ran and they were able to escape to the near by town of Lampasas with nothing but themselves and their dog. Everything they owned has been lost and they do not have flood insurance. The entire central Texas region is utterly devastated and FEMA has declared it a natural disaster zone.
