Help Tessie Pay for Hip Surgery & Expenses

Hi everyone. We are fundraising to help our family member, Tessie Villaflor Arcilla, in the Philippines pay for medical expenses after suffering a fall at home & breaking her left hip. She had to have her hip joint emergently repaired on 7/28/21 & is now working hard in Physical Therapy so that she can return home. (COVID rates in her area of the Philippines remain very high with the hospital she is in full of COVID positive patients so the goal is to get her home with home health & physical therapy ASAP.)

There is no health insurance or Medicare in  the Philippines like we have here in the U.S., so she must pay out-of-pocket for all hospital & medical bills. While she has been in the hospital, she has received a bill each day showing what she owes. 

We are extremely grateful to the hospital & staff that finally took care of Tessie as she was turned away at the first 2 hospitals that she was brought to due to those hospitals being full with COVID positive patients. 

We truly appreciate any amount that you can donate because every little bit will help with all of the expenses: emergency room, surgeon & anesthesia bills, hospital/medical bills & supplies, follow-up appointments, home health & physical therapy once she is discharged.
