Hi there I’m Tess. Proud DogMom of my 12y/o German Sheprador, Tyson. He has been with me through so much, no words could ever describe the gratitude I have to have experienced it all with him by my side. I have had many experiences with deep grief over the years, and he was there for me to comfort me and sit with me through all of that.
Now I want to provide the best comfort that my community and I are able to provide for him. I found out almost 1 week ago that Tyson has bone cancer in his right shoulder. When the vet suggested to me to start preparing to say goodbye to Tyson, my heart sank.
Not only am I saying goodbye to my best friend, I am struggling financially, as I know many of us are in this economy. So, I am turning to my community for help and support in however way you’re able to provide.
I typically have a hard time asking for help, and I try to do everything on my own. But time and time again, life reminds me that we are not meant to do life alone. Community and friendship and family is how we get through.
If you choose to help us out financially, I want you to know that your help will go straight to Tyson’s medication, in-home transition vet service, and after care (I am choosing in-home euthanasia when the time is appropriate).
