Hi, my name is Terry Page. I am trying to raise money for a service dog to help me retrieve things off the floor, get up off the floor, and some help should I fall. I have been having balance issues and frequent falling for the past 4 1/2 years. My falling has resulted in several fractures, and despite efforts of physical therapy, things are not getting much better.

To have a properly credentialed service dog costs a lot of money. I have paid the initial fee and have made the application to receive a dog and set up training, but I need the entire amount required by EENP, which is the Ears, Eyes, Nose, and Paws agency that trains and supplies these dogs.

I am still very active, and I value my independence. Having a service dog would help me immensely.
