Terry has spent her entire life serving and caring for others. A proud Florence, Kentucky native, Terry grew up as an only child and found joy in learning and helping people. After graduating from Boone County High School, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1988 and later a Master’s in Nursing from Xavier University. She went on to dedicate her life to others as an EMT for the city of Florence and as a compassionate nurse.
Now, at 65, Terry faces her toughest challenge yet: an unexplained and debilitating illness that has baffled local doctors and hospitals. Over the past six months, she has lost an alarming 51 pounds, and despite countless tests, no one has been able to identify what’s wrong.
Terry is not just a nurse, caregiver, and friend—she’s also a devoted mother to two wonderful children. Her love and dedication to her family are a testament to her strength and resilience, but this illness has deeply affected their lives as well.
There is hope. Specialists at the Cleveland Clinic have been recommended for further testing and diagnosis, but pursuing this care comes at a high cost. The travel expenses, hospital bills, and the inability to work during this process have placed an overwhelming burden on Terry.
We’re reaching out to ask for your help. Terry has spent her life giving to others; now it’s our turn to give back to her. Our goal is to raise $7,500 to cover her travel to Cleveland, medical testing, and related expenses so that she can get the answers and care she urgently needs.
In addition to your financial support, we ask for your prayers. Your prayers for healing, guidance for her doctors, and strength for Terry mean the world to us.
Every donation, no matter the size, will make a difference. If you’re unable to contribute financially, sharing this campaign with your friends and family can help us reach those who can.
Thank you for your kindness and support. Together, we can help Terry find the answers she needs to get her health and life back on track.
