Hi, my name is Terry. I have severe Type 3 Osteogenesis Imperfecta (brittle bones). Four years ago, I had an accident and broke a lot of bones. I was in casts for 21 months, most of that time in a hip spica cast for my femur, which is still broken.

I need to lie down quite a lot during the day because of the pain, but I don't want to have to go into my bed every time I need to rest. My NHS OT has said that this is what I should do.

I am therefore trying to find a changing table that can be used for changing and after bathing, but which can also have a small mattress placed on it so I can rest on it when needed. Being height adjustable would also make it much easier and safer for my carers to care for me.
