Help Terry Cover moving home

Hey you guys, I’m looking for help to move back to North Carolina in coming months after I finish my chemo treatments in July. I have been faced with having absolutely having no support other than friends here in Missouri, I desire to be home with my family to finish out this cancer journey. Any help with be appreciated. I would gas money for 2 vehicles. A small U-Haul and small SUV. Amongst other things.
