Hello. My name is Terry Washington. I am 54 and over the last 10 plus years I have been struggling with Auto Immune Dysautonomia, AChR Ganglionic Alpha Ab 3, Lupus, Auto Immune Diabetes, Failed Back Surgeries, Fibromyalgia, Cardiomyopathy..... In my case, my body creates antibodies that damage and destroy nerves which then attack randomly throughout causing levels of damage ti cells, bone, organs and causes tremendous electrical pain. I've had numerous surgeries, am currently on long-term GAMMAGARD IVIG infusions, too many prescriptions.

We would be so grateful for your help. My medical condition continues to put a strain on our families finances, vehicles, life. Please help as this is an opportunity for me to live a better, longer; quality of life.

I can no longer drive, so my husband will be there with me. We need to cover repairs on our automobile or a car rental to make it to Minnesota, cover hotel expenses and food.

I believe that being approved to be seen by the staff and Physicians at Mayo Clinic on September 1, 2021 through September 12, 2021 will be of great benefit to me and henceforth for my husband and children.
