I'm raising funds for Terror Night Theatre LLC to file for a non-profit. We've filed for a state grant which is on hold until we become a non-profit. Terror night theatre is a horror host variety show. We work cooperatively with the Tom Savini school of special effects makeup. Their students work on the show in various capacities in a real production.

The reason why we want to become a non-profit is we really don't bring in money. Any money we do bring in through the sale of merchandise goes right back into the show. Plus being a non-profit will aide us in getting the state grant.

We would like to raise at least 1200.00 to cover the cost for filling for a non-profit and in the event there's any additional costs.

The money will go towards making Terror Night Theatre a non-profit organization.
