Help Terron Share His Voice in Ghana

Hello! My name is Terron Thompson, and I am the son of Amber Stowe and Derrik Thompson. I have enjoyed singing with the Philadelphia Boys Choir and Chorale since 2018. I am currently singing in the Tenor 1 section.

Being in this prestigious, award-winning, world-class choir has been such a wonderful growth opportunity for me. I have had the joy of being able to sing at various events, including those that featured such personalities as Tim McGraw, Jim Gardner, the Philadelphia Phillies, Kantiléna Youth Choir from the Czech Republic, and more. Events such as these, and also performing on the Today Show in NYC, have not only increased my musical knowledge but have also helped me gain skills in preparation, presentation, stamina, discipline, dedication, and commitment, as well as establishing invaluable friendships along the way with many of the upstanding boys in the Choir and Chorale. Touring has been a unique way for me to share my talents while gaining invaluable worldwide travel experiences.

I loved touring with the Philadelphia Boys Choir & Chorale last summer to India, including tour stops in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Chennai. We enjoyed performing with the Madras MBS Choir (https://www.thehindu.com/entertainment/music/how-international-and-indian-choral-groups-found-a-musical-meeting-point/article68536142.), and exploring many areas with a highlight of doing an outreach and sharing in a rural school. We also had a wonderful opportunity to stay with a host family. We toured with 4 newly learned songs in Hindi, along with our other signature “blazer” songs. I am excited to announce that we’ll be touring to Ghana, Africa on July 7, 2025! Thank you to those who have shown support to me in the past with my tour to India.
