Help Terri's Family in Her Final Days

Donation protected
Our hearts are shattering as we share that Terri's brain cancer is stage 4 and despite every treatment, every prayer, and every bit of hope we’ve held onto, her body is tired and weak. We are thankful that our God gave us a little more time with her this week and were able to have these conversations to fulfill her final wishes to be home with her family as she prepares to meet Jesus and her loved ones in heaven. Although it was the hardest decision we have ever had to make, She is now on comfort care as we wait for the Lord to bring her home in His perfect timing. This is something our family was not prepared for — emotionally or financially. We never imagined we’d be walking this road, but we know God is walking it with us. Right now, our focus is keeping Terri surrounded by love, comfort, and peace as she finishes her race here on earth.
If you know Terri, you know she has always been a reflection of God’s light — full of love, faith, and grace, even in the hardest moments.
Now, as we face this season, we want to make sure she receives that same love and care she’s poured out to everyone else.

We weren’t prepared for the financial side of this journey. Between medical expenses, travel to and from Duke, home care, and other end-of-life needs, her kids haven't been able to work and the costs have added up quickly. We’ve started this GoFundMe to help ease that burden so her family can focus on spending precious time together and making every moment count. Every donation, prayer, and share means more than words can express.

Even in our heartbreak, we cling to the promise that this isn’t goodbye — it’s “see you soon.” We’re trusting that when her time comes, she’ll step into the arms of Jesus — completely healed and full of joy. Until then, we’ll keep loving her here, one day at a time, hour by hour.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your prayers, love, and support during this difficult time.

“He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain.” – Revelation 21:4
