Terri O’Shea has endured one of the most tragic experiences imaginable, the loss of her child, Tara Sue Munnell. Terri has been accruing numerous expenses related to travel to North Dakota to see Tara in her final days and organize two memorial/celebration of life events for Tara in Minnesota and California.
