Help Terri fight COVID-19
Donation protected

Update: John has been able to connect with a nursing advocacy group Guardian Nursing Alliance and they are helping to look at the records and communicate with doctors about the family's requests to allow Terri to keep fighting. They've seen improvements in her breathing when she's on her back which is abnormal, but any improvement is promising and we keep hoping her lungs will get stronger.
My name is Lillian and my beloved sister-in-law, Terri, is currently in the hospital fighting against COVID-19. She is a wife and mother to three. She contracted COVID shortly before Thanksgiving and has been hospitalized since Dec. 7th. My brother is hearing contradictory things from doctors and nurses, the nurses are saying she's making improvements, but the doctors are saying she's not making enough progress and they want to remove the ventilator. I can't be there to help him as I live nearly 3000 miles away. He is seeking legal assistance to help fight for Terri, who no longer has a voice in her own story. We need your help. In addition to legal assistance, Terri doesn't have health insurance and we're uncertain if the hospital will seek reimbursement for COVID treatment from the federal government. Terri and John have built a life together for the past two decades in Honey Brook, PA, raising their children and contributing to their community. They run a business which has come to a standstill without her. Anything you can do to help is appreciated.
